Request Account Deletion — GO by UrbanCarriers

If you would like to delete your GO by UrbanCarriers account and the personal data associated with it, you can submit a request using the form below. Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

What gets deleted:

• Your name and phone number
• Your booking history
• Your profile photo
• Your role and account preferences

What is retained (and why):

Completed delivery records are retained for 90 days for legal and tax compliance purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.

If you are a Driver, your earnings records may be retained for up to 180 days as required by Indian financial regulations.

How to request deletion:

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation via SMS to your registered number within 24 hours. For support, contact us at support@urbancarriers.in
